TERMS
The cost of each stay is inclusive of VAT and all electricity/gas used. A £50 holding deposit is also required in case of any breakages / damages and will be returned, as soon as the cabin is checked to ensure that everything is as it was on arrival. In the event of any major breakages / damages the cost incurred to replace or repair the item will be billed to the responsible person. Payments can be made by card, cheque or postal order, made payable to "Planeuro Ltd". A £100 deposit is required to secure the booking as soon as the booking is made and the remaining amount settled 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. It is recommended that guests make sure they take out insurance to cover their costs in the unforeseeable circumstance that they may have to cancel their holiday. We will not accept any responsibility for this.

Strictly NO SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed in any of the cabins.

Once the booking has been placed a confirmation letter will be sent out along with the booking form confirming all the details taken at the time the booking was placed. The booking form must be thoroughly checked ensuring all details are correct and the terms and conditions read, the form is signed and posted back to us along with the £100 deposit to secure the booking. An invoice will then be sent out prior to arrival for the remaining amount and if there are any special requirements stated on the booking form this will be added. The holding deposit is also required at this point. Guests will also be sent the security code to gain entry to the lodge once final payment has been made.

Arrival time: After 4pm
Departure time: No later than 10am

All bed linen and towels are provided. Bedding for the travel cot is NOT provided and must be brought by the guest. Special requirements for midweek linen/towel changes can be arranged and are noted on the booking form.
